If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
Do not send anything back until your return has been confirmed and you are given a return authorisation number to attach to your order
Returns must be as new, in unworn condition, with no visible signs of wear, including scratches, damage, chips or marks.
Items purchased and worn for special occasions are unable to be returned items must also have all packaging.
Upon checking the returned item as long as the above conditions are met we will gladly issue you with a store credit.
This excludes custom orders, clearance items as well as earrings, those sales are final.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.
If your item is damaged or faulty, upon returning and inspecting we will give you the option if possible and we are able to fix it or you can either be issued a store credit or full refund excluding any postage fees.
